1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

2. Acceptable Use

  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or disrupt the Service.
  • Do not use the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent employment content.
  • Do not use the Service to harass, defame, or violate the rights of others.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Analyses, scores, suggestions, and tailored resumes are produced by AI models and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or biases. You are responsible for reviewing all output before using it in applications or communications.

4. ATS Score Disclaimer

ATS scores are heuristic estimates intended to help you improve your resume. They do not guarantee performance against any specific Applicant Tracking System, recruiter workflow, or hiring outcome.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of resumes and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the Service. The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by ResumePilot.company.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResumePilot.company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data arising from your use of the Service.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe may cause harm to the Service or its users. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

9. Governing Law
